Crafty Crab Sunset - Miami

The food was lacking in flavor and didn’t taste very good at all. The server was extremely slow, and when I asked the manager and other staff members for assistance, they refused to help. When I approached another employee to see if he could lend a hand to his coworker, he outright said no. While we were a party of 10, the service was disappointing, and the rudeness of the staff was unacceptable.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! My family and I love this place. A big thank you to Dalay and Ashley for their excellent service. I highly recommend both of them because they are fantastic!

I just had dinner at Crafty Crab, and it’s one of our favorite spots for date night! We absolutely love the atmosphere, the food, and the drinks! We've been coming to this location regularly for the past year and a half, and we always request the same waitress, LILY. She is outstanding! She takes our orders promptly, serves the food quickly, consistently offers drink refills, and has a fantastic attitude! LILY is very attentive and always has a smile on her face. If you visit Crafty Crab, be sure to ask for LILY—you won’t be disappointed!

I really enjoyed the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant, and the service from Shay was excellent. However, I was disappointed with the crab cakes; they were overly breaded, which is why I deducted one star. I had the combo with crab and shrimp, and that was really good. The cheesecake was also tasty. I plan to return in the near future.

We visited this restaurant for dinner on our last night in Florida, hoping to find a fantastic seafood place to compensate for an unsatisfactory birthday dinner my boyfriend had at another location the night before. This restaurant truly exceeded our expectations! We loved every aspect of our experience. The gentleman who seated us was very welcoming, and our waitress, Christy, was an absolute treasure! She was kind, approachable, answered all my questions, and performed her duties flawlessly. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening. The food was delicious, the cheesecake was delightful, and the drinks were excellent. If we return to Florida for a few more days, we will definitely come back!
