The experience was enjoyable, but when we arrived with our OpenTable reservation, the host informed us that they don't accept reservations through OpenTable. Fortunately, we didn't have to wait long, but it might be worth considering removing them from the platform since they don't honor those reservations.

I just wanted to mention that when we are there and let them know that we have a reservation through open table, she was not able to find it in her system. fortunately there were tables; otherwise it would have really ruined the experience. not sure what the problem is, but it should really be treated.

It was a wonderful experience. The restaurant was quite busy, but we had made reservations and were seated within five minutes. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding.

They do not accept opentable reservations. So we waited 30 minutes for a table. the service and eating were excellent. a favorite restaurant from me. but disappointed that opentable made the reservation and it was not honored at all.

I made an Open Table reservation, my confirmation number was emailed to me. I arrived at the restaurant, 30 minutes early, to be disappointed by the host, who communicated that my reservation was not in their system that my name would be put on an hour long waitlist. I waited, realizing, that several people that arrived well, after me, were being seated, obviously, without reservations. I brought it the host's attention 5-7 minutes later, I was seated. I followed up with a phone call to a manager the very next day. The manager was EXTREMLY aplogogetic more than willing to right the wrong. I also followed up with Open Table customer service, who was, also, very apologetic.
