Mcalister's Deli

Been open a while now. Pretty good McAlister location. Soild good choice, better alternative for fresh sandwiches, similar but different to panera. Baked potatoes are usually really good.

Anyone else tired of hearing the excuse that we are understaffed as a reason for poor customer service? We had placed a mobile order for McAllister on the West side. We drove up to the window to pick it up and were told that they were having computer issues but they were preparing it now and to park in the a certain parking spot. 10 minutes later, they brought out the order without drinks, so they had to go back. While we were waiting again, we noticed that it wasn't our order. When our drinks came out, we told them and took back the order. We were then told that they would bring our correct order out promptly. Thirty minutes later, I went in to find our order just sitting on the counter. I was given the excuse that they were short staffed. I called in to speak with the manager and was told that he wasn't taking calls.

The food is top quality, and the servers do their very best to make everything right. I brought my family in from Kokomo, they had never eaten here; so they really enjoyed it.

Employees are friendly, food is fresh and good, our orders have been correct except for forgetting auju one time, place is clean and bright with many seating areas to choose from. A much welcomed healthier casual fast food option. Feels more like a sit down dining experience than a typical fast food. If splurging on calories isn?t an issue the carrot cake is absolutely delicious with pieces of nuts, carrot, and raisins. Extremely moist and served cold.

If you're in search of a top-notch sandwich in the area, McAlister's is tough to top. They offer a wide and distinctive selection of sandwiches, and every one I've sampled has been fantastic. However, if you're planning to get takeout, be prepared for some long wait times. During my most recent visit, I waited around 25 minutes, which gave me the opportunity to read through an entire chapter of my book.
