Pizzazz Pizza Mentor

We ordered a deluxe pizza and a cup of Italian wedding soup. We waited and waited, and I eventually had to ask for my soup. It was different from what I expected, not quite to my taste, but I like trying out soups at restaurants, especially when they claim to be homemade. We continued to wait for our pizza, and the young lady never came back to check if we needed anything or to see if we wanted a drink refill. Eventually, we had enough. I told her this was unacceptable, and we decided to leave. She asked if we wanted to speak to the manager, and we said yes. However, after waiting a bit longer, the manager never appeared, so we walked out.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was subpar, and the service was lacking. The salad was unseasoned and tasteless, while the pizza was equally disappointing with a basic crust. I won't be returning.

The food lacked flavor and ended up being bland, and to make things worse, they charged us $4 for water, which is typically free and plentiful at the Mayfield Village location. There were hardly any customers, yet my pizza arrived cold and tasteless. It really disappointed me because we were looking forward to enjoying Pizzazz again, but what we experienced was not the same. I strongly recommend avoiding the Mentor location!

Paid $13/each for two grilled chicken Caesar salads on 4/5/22. Picked up the order at 8:20pm. Got home and found no chicken on the salads, and the most pathetic looking salads. In the pictures, those are croutons. So lettuce, some croutons, and a sprinkle of cheese for $26. I tried calling the store at 8:50pm, 10 minutes before they closed and no one would answer.

55 dollars for food that is completely not worth the price. From the service to the frozen eggplant that tasted like vegetable oil. The pizza was completely under cooked with the cheese sliding off and the burnt on the bottom too!!!! This is completely utterly disappointing, especially traveling 45 minutes away to come here. Our server had no idea either about the menu and what was on it , also they were out of unsweetened iced tea and pesto sauce !!! Are you kidding me. There was dust all over the tables, and the floors haven’t looked like they have been cleaned for years, and the bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor and a tomato slice on the floor too, GROSS. I also ordered a Cesar salad and I was given 10-20 croutons with 10 pieces of lettuce !!! Seriously !!! We used to come here for years and for take out and it was just so disappointing , it was horrific and I will never be spending money here again. Side note be very concerned when you see teenagers running the kitchen, that is not professional.
