Fog Eater Cafe - MENDOCINO

We had an amazing dinner at Fog Eater Cafe. The service, from seating to the end of the meal, was exceptional. We ordered the Biscuit sliders and the Southern plate. Since I have a BBQ intolerance, our server kindly replaced it with mashed potatoes. Every item on our plate was a burst of delicious flavors that complemented each other well. My favorite was the Cajun Mac n Cheese from the Southern plate, which was perfectly done. I recommend sitting outside for a romantic date night experience. Cheers to the team for creating a wonderful menu and to the talented chef who prepared it. We will definitely return to Fog Eater Cafe the next time we are in Mendocino!

We went here for happy hour and loved our experience! The staff here were friendly, informative, and welcoming! The atmosphere was fresh and colorful. We both got a wine flight of three wines of natural wines. I feel like I learned a lot about natural wine that I didn't know before. We also had the hush puppies and pimento cheese as a nice snack. Both were amazing and so tasty!

This is probably the best vegan restaurant I have ever been to. We tried Crabbies, which was not on the menu, and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. I will definitely return and recommend this place to others. Food: 5/5.

Wow, what a cool place! food is delicious, tasted fresh and well seasoned also on top of that beautifully decorated! crabby patties, blue oyster dish and corn pudding were my fav! atmosphere is nice. till the next time! ?Food: 5/5

I decided to visit this restaurant because it was one of the few brunch spots open before 10-11 am. I have to say, I was initially skeptical. The interior is small, but there are several tables at the back. The decor inside is pleasant, and even the bathroom is well-maintained. The menu was not very extensive, and I was not impressed at first glance. We ordered 2 mimosas, which were decent. However, when our food arrived, all my doubts disappeared. The grits were absolutely delicious - flavorful and plentiful. My friend ordered a vegetarian special, which didn't look appealing initially. But after trying it, I was impressed by the flavors. The service was very friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
