Bidrage med feedbackI ordered the new prime rib sub, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The bread was stale, and the prime rib lacked any flavor. I was really let down because the sub didn’t taste fresh at all, so I ended up throwing it away. I think I’ll stick to another Firehouse location in the future.
This restaurant has a wonderful and attentive staff. They quickly prepare fresh dishes as soon as you place your order.
When our order was ready, a young girl with an excessive amount of makeup called out loudly from across the room, announcing, “Yours is ready!” She placed two bags on the counter. I walked over to grab the bags and brought them back to our table to unpack them. As I was pulling a sandwich out of one of the bags, she shouted, “Did you take that bag up?!” I was taken aback and didn’t know how to respond. She then asked, “What was the Uber Eats order you took?” Feeling embarrassed, I apologized and assured her that I hadn’t meant to cause any trouble. She gave me looks of disgust in return. The manager came over, took the bag from me, and handed it to the Uber Eats driver. No one even asked if I had touched the food or anything! While the manager was very sweet, this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. If I had known they would handle my food like that, I would think twice before ordering from them again!
I waited over 25 minutes in the store for my order while they were busy filling online orders the whole time.
I just wanted to share that every time I visit Firehouse Subs, I have a fantastic experience. The two employees, Jessica and Crystal, are exceptional at their jobs. They have a special way of making you feel valued and heard, which I truly appreciate. Honestly, that's the main reason I keep coming back to the Sarno location. Of course, the subs they make are another great reason to visit, as they are always fresh and made to order.
