I'm quite particular about Mexican food (being a Texan), especially when I'm paying $45 for lunch. I ordered street tacos, but they were disappointing. I paid $17.99 for sweet red onions that just didn’t meet my expectations.

The staff is very friendly, and the food is decent. They tend to use their signature queso sauce on everything, which I'm not a fan of since I prefer real cheese. However, the grilled nachos are absolutely delicious!

The food was moderately good, but not $55 for two people good. They doubled their prices and then some. We will definitely not be back. Total demolition for quality.

The host at the door placed us within minutes on foot in the front door. We were brought to a spacious stand where our server transferred chips and salsa when we sat. Despite a small mix with my drink, the server quickly corrects the thing. The speed at which the server returned to the table to deliver our Entrees and then to check for us was very comfortable. I'd like to get back to Compadres!
