Hutchin's Bbq And Grill - McKinney

A few days after our visit earlier this month, we enjoyed two delicious meals made from leftovers. If you stop by, definitely ask for the marbled cut of brisket; it reheats beautifully with a bit of fat. This BBQ joint stands out for its incredible flavors, even for those who haven’t been here in a while (the last time we visited was in 2018). We made a special trip from Plano to McKinney just for their BBQ on a weeknight, and it seemed we weren’t alone—plenty of other customers had the same idea! Fortunately, the line was manageable when we arrived, and there were plenty of available tables. The portions are very generous for the price, allowing us to enjoy a fantastic meal with plenty of leftovers again. A new process we noticed is that after serving the meat, the cutter weighs it and attaches a barcode sticker to the tray for checkout (see photo). By the way, the banana pudding and apple cobbler were absolutely delicious!
