East Gourmet Chinese Buffet - McAlester

More interesting place. Even at 1500 it is still quite busy. ambiente typical Chinese food facility. maybe a little cleaner than most. food it's pretty.

I have seen this place several times, but until tonight I never had a chance. I had not expected much, but was pleasantly surprised. very clean, eating was very good.

Bad experience..at Sunday dinner there. we ate then we went to check out. I paid $35.00 for our lunch, but forgot my ice. I wonder if I could get my ice to go that he gave me terrible sight, I even told him I would still pay no. I have to drink and tell him I'm going to braums, and I didn't even want my drink I have to go, and I told him to keep him and not go back.

The food was good, nice people. it is a nice place to go when eating with family or friends

I ordered to go which my order was repeated back to me. I picked up my order and there was no sweet and sour chicken. I realize mistakes happen so I called back and asked if it was left out. I was not given an itemized receipt and was told I did not order it. I was not offered so much as an apology. Good is sub-par at best and will no longer be doing business here after this experience.
