Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Matina

The service is so slow, and the waiter is well trained, also the soup came very cold. Staff are not welcoming and not smiling. Never coming back again here

You should higher your standards more..very slow service, food is served cold and the staff is not trained at all how to deal with customers or how even to take orders. It was a bad experience visiting here, it was my first time visiting Shakey’s in Manila, and it will be the last time.

Location has a nice view. It took us an hour to get a table, but you can order in advance so your food will be ready once you're seated. We can see a lot of crew here, but find their service slower than usual. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other
