I really enjoy this place. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I have been told they don?t do customizing there is no where on the app to report mishaps. It was an easy mistake and I could have easily called the store, but in this case, that would have been more of a hassle than just leaving feedback in the app because of the timing. Overall, I love the drinks and the staff at this location is generally helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and the service has always been fast.

This is a fantastic spot for bubble tea lovers! They offer a wide selection of teas and a variety of toppings that are both delicious and addictive. You can conveniently place your order ahead of time using their mobile app. The staff is friendly, and the service is prompt. While the drinks may be on the pricier side, they are definitely worth it!

This restaurant offers excellent tea and slushies at prices similar to Starbucks. It has convenient parking and quick service. The restrooms are clean, but they allow only one person at a time. The location marker on the map is slightly misplaced, as it’s too far south. They use a cup sealer for their slushies, eliminating the need for lids. I found myself staring at the menu written in Japanese on the counter, unsure of what to order. The menu was damp from the moisture on the cashier's counter. It was interesting to watch the staff blend the smoothie, and I often wish I could ask if they could give me any leftover slush in a cup to avoid waste.

If you are used to real milk tea this is not the place for you. Overly sweet, weak tea flavor (tastes like the 3-in-1 powdered tea mixes). Of the 4 drinks we got only 1 person really liked theirs, 2 were ok and 1 was horrible. Its the Americanized version of milk tea. Employees were nice, service was quick and the place was clean.

Top notch boba! I got the Thai milk tea. It was amazing.
