Stanley's On North Broad

This place is close to my house and I visit it often when I want some good southern veggies. I have never had any of their meats that was not excellent, but the star of the show for me is the Chicken and Dressing. It is like my grandmothers are over there making it, it is always perfect. At key times it can get a little busy and the parking lot can get crazy with some of the older patrons not always watching when they back out of a spot, but when you have to talk about the parking lot to find something bad, you know the place has good food.

Great food and desserts. The banana pudding is the oldest version that is cooked!

Go here for the BANANA PUDDING! enjoy a delicious meat and three meal while there. Did I mention the banana pudding? It is the best I've had anywhere, and I've had a lot of banana pudding in my life! The chicken and dressing is tasty too!

Great traditional southern food, family atmosphere consistently tasty every trip!

What can I say about Stanley's? The food tastes like they have a fleet of grandma's in the kitchen. It's beyond delicious. Definitely home cooking. The staff was super friendly explaining how the restaurant works. And they make you feel at home. I meant to take pictures of my food, but I totally forgot because it looked so good.
