They're pretty good, but I don't think they're wasting anything, and fish put on you the tendonous pieces and the dark parts that aren't nice to find you in the mouth if they'll improve that would raise the quality of the poke.

I've tried a couple and so far it's the best. the amount is generous, compared to others is quite large. they have good product, fresh and abundant. good presentation and good price. they have home service and it is fast, the delivery was before the estimate.
