Whoever thought of the entire restaurant concept nailed it! I don't even like mushrooms, I went because it's one of the few restaurants with a vegan option for my husband, and I loved the experience! We went for lunch and dinner and I ate the trout bobó and the baroa soup with smoked trout. Both delicious! My husband also loved the mushroom options he ordered. We had a mushroom beer, which is super cool because it's a drink I've never seen anywhere else, and there was also the surprise of the jambu cachaça toast with pineapple.
