I had a sandwich with ham and cheese on a Saturday afternoon. I typically visit the Subway on Windy Hill, which I enjoy, but today I decided to stop at this location on Cobb Parkway since it was right in front of me. How different could it be, right? The staff were friendly, and I got my sandwich quickly. I took it home to enjoy, but just forty minutes later, I felt extremely ill and couldn't leave the bathroom. It was the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced. I'm only starting to feel a bit better now, but even the thought of eating there again makes me feel sick. I'm not sure if it was the sandwich or something else, but clearly, something was very wrong. I would advise you to stay away, as there are serious food safety concerns here. I've already submitted a complaint to the health department for them to investigate. It's disappointing because I've never had any issues at other Subway locations.
Placing an order take to long. The staff is very slow and not enough staff to help during lunch hours.
I was there this weekend on Sunday and the gentleman working the line was on it. Had a line of 50+ military members lined up and he was able to get their orders and their sandwiches bagged extremely fast. Good to see good work ethic in fast food.
They need more than 1 person working when it is lunch time. Plus making 1 sub at a time when you have 5 people waiting is too slow.
