Starbucks Coffee - Marietta

The Starbucks itself is clean and non crowded. Although they didn't get ask for my name, and the salted creme cold brew looks nothing like I've received from any other Starbucks. It also took over 5 minutes to be called. Overall it was an okay experience. *upgrade to 4 stats for consistency and kind people*

The staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly and welcoming. It is a nice change from many other places I have been to. They consistently get my order correct and are always efficient in serving it. One time, they ran out of large cups, but I was pleasantly surprised by the extra whipped cream on my drink that day.

Coming to this restaurant in the morning is truly the highlight of my day! Every person I have interacted with has provided excellent customer service, but baby Amani, Ari, another young lady whose name escapes me at the moment, and Dee are my absolute favorites. I visit this location regularly in the mornings before work, and the staff already know what I'm going to order before I even say it. The drinks are consistently amazing, the breakfast is always hot and fresh, and the staff are always friendly and professional, even when they're busy. If I could, I would give them even more stars. xoxoxo

One day, I accidentally left my drink behind and the manager kindly allowed me to retrieve it. This is the best restaurant in Cobb County, the customer service is consistently exceptional. I have been going through a lot recently, so these small gestures truly mean a lot to me.

Everyone was very friendly and my coffee was perfect. Everything was very clean, even the bathrooms. Not Starbucks’s fault but it is kinda hard to get into the parking lot. Also there isn’t a lot of parking unless you park in the back and walk around. Overall this is one of the better ones!
