The service at this restaurant was quick and efficient, and the carnitas and tortas will definitely have me returning for more. I know I'll be back!

I was working in Mansfield, TX, and got tired of the usual takeout. I decided to stop by this place to give it a try. I ordered half a pound of carnitas with corn tortillas and hot sauce, along with some chips, and took it back to my hotel room. Wow, it was absolutely fantastic! I really should have started eating here on my first day. The food is amazing!

I judge menudo by a few key criteria. Was the broth greasy? (No). Was there plenty of tripe? (Yes). Was the tripe cooked just right—neither gummy nor stringy? (It was perfect). They also provided the essential garnishes of lime, diced onion, and jalapeño. For a moment, I wondered where the oregano and chile de arbol were, but then I saw them already on the table. This place easily deserves a 5-star review. If I could, I’d be here every weekend!
