Evening aperitif for a birthday party, the group is large but having booked the table is already set up, the only small difficulty, not insurmountable, is extricating yourself from a relative's wheelchair. we start with the very informal aperitif, a drink chosen and administered by the guests in special glasses with ice or without. A little poor, I accompany it with classic peanuts and tarallini in small bowls, one for at least 4 people. A few olives would not have disfigured. the aperitif dishes follow and I must say that they were well plated and varied. From the photos you can see them very well. the parmigiana pie is absolutely the best part, really good, even the sphere and the rusticini cooked well and juicy are delicious. the sandwiches didn't excite me much and the cake, after a round of opinions, was quite dry. a compliment goes to the bruschetta, the bread was toasted but not hard to chew, in fact the bruschetta must always maintain a soft center and not be a crouton, well done! The service was very good and the guys were always friendly. in conclusion a good experience. PS the ice cream from the well-known local brand is not bad, having a choice with other top producers could be interesting.
