Le Bistrot 21 - Mandelieu-la-Napoule

I went for lunch here to meet up with family members. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The view over the port from the upper terrace is just beautiful. The menu is rather restricted but this is a good thing: a few things done well rather than lots done badly. The food was delicious and inventive and for those on lo carb diets just perfect into the bargain. The value for money ratio was in my view very good. The place was quiet but it’s only open a month so far and I really hope it does well. It deserves to. La Napoule is much quieter than nearby Cannes, but it’s very pretty so it’s worth the trip to go for lunch here and then have a look around. We all said we’d be back and meant it. Highly recommended.

Nice welcome. Beautiful terrace in front of the marina. Good little dishes, well cooked.
