Buffet 101 - Mandaue

I really miss going to Buffet 101 at MOA. How are you, my friends? I've served in this restaurant for four years, and I've learned so much. Thank you, Buffet 101 MOA! I hope I can come back again.

Buffet 101 offers a variety of food options to choose from. Most dishes are well-cooked and beautifully presented. The food is delicious and perfectly seasoned. The environment is clean and has a lovely ambiance. The staff is attentive and friendly. I always leave happy!

I would give it a 4-star rating. I visited for lunch and had a good experience. There are two important points to note: first, the kitchen staff seems a bit slow when it comes to replenishing dishes, and while they serve the more expensive items like carved fries, some of the dishes can vary greatly in quality—from almost perfect to completely tasteless. Second, many of the plates and cups are broken and should be replaced.

I had a very disappointing experience at this buffet. The biggest issue was the presence of cockroaches everywhere—they were openly crawling on the counters, right next to the food. The quality of the food was also quite poor, especially considering the price. The sushi was left out under warm lights, which is concerning. The ice cream station was frustrating as well, with a long line where you had to serve yourself and deal with hard blocks of ice cream. It felt unsanitary with so many people crowding around the same tubs. Overall, it was far too crowded, with people pushing by and chatting while standing over the food. The food wasn't replenished quickly enough, and when it was, a rush of people would swarm the area. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re okay with these issues.
