This restaurant is slightly better than Yushoken, but both fall short of being good Japanese dining options. The tonkatsu is particularly disappointing; it’s tough and has a rubbery texture, making it hard to eat. The tonkotsu ramen is overly simplistic, almost as if it was prepared by a trainee. While the value should be around 150-200 pesos, they charge 435, which is quite steep for what you get. Furthermore, there are no Japanese chefs or staff; the establishment is managed and operated by Filipinos. This absence of authentic Japanese influence inevitably affects the quality of the food. I’m sorry if my comments seem harsh, but my experience here leads me to this conclusion.

This was my first time dining at your branch in SM Cebu, Little Nonki, and I must say, the food was fantastic! I just uploaded my review on YouTube a minute ago. Be sure to check it out!
The food was fantastic and the beer was served cold. The sashimi was fresh, and the sushi was excellent. The soup, however, wasn’t as impressive, but everything else was truly amazing.
