Little Caesars Pizza - Manassas

Amazing location for a pizza! The employees are always helpful and the pizza is almost always consistently great! Pizza, pizza... lives on.

This location has poor service.The manager needs to pay attention to the performance of the most skinny girl among them.She is very rude.

Ordered delivery. All the food arrived cold. Support offered a 2$ refund…They then ignored the rest of my questions on the phone and muted the call until I hung up. Shows their priorities and support, eh?

I love that they always have everything ready and they are so fast having the food ready and on time.

Received the wrong pizza and tried to call to let them know. Had to repeat myself to two different individuals for a total of four times on what my issue was. I was then told that I know we gave you the right pizza because I was the one that did the order. No resolution was offered, only being told I was wrong and my pizza was correct multiple times.I 've added pictures to show the manager that despite her rude insistence, this is indeed not what I ordered. As you can see, I ordered a pretzel crust pizza, and as you can also see, the pizza is a standard crust pizza. Mistakes happen, I get it, but to be told that I 'm wrong multiple times (when I 'm clearly not), what kind of customer service is that?
