Carl's Jr. - MAMMOTH LAKES

I have never written a review for a restaurant or any other establishment in my life. However, Carl's Jr. completely ignored my calls numerous times. My burger had a lettuce slice that was 5 inches by 6 inches with an excessive amount of mayonnaise, enough for three other burgers. The drive-thru clerk, Luis, seemed like he needed a lesson in customer service. Do not eat here. I spent $20 on a shake and burger combo, the biggest rip-off ever. And I consider myself a pushover.

I arrived at Carls Jr at 6:15 am and when I went through the drive-thru, the automated voice said they were not open. I checked the hours on the door and online, both of which stated they were supposed to open at 6 am. If a business claims to open at a certain time, they should be ready to open early.

This is the place to go in mammoth for fast eating and decent service. also with the remodeling this place goes downhill, previously rated a 5 stars. the place is rebuilt, but not excessively clean. if they are looking for a place to warm up, this is not it, they rarely run the heating bring a jacket and try to stay warm while they eat. it is a little expensive, as the owner believes to be able to calculate everything they want. mammoth needs a better burger place than that.

I cannot express how terrible my experience was here. I'm sorry, but I don't understand the hype around the red Relish restaurant. The food was not good at all.

The restaurant's bathroom and dining area were very clean and the service at the Super Star was excellent.
