Gypsy Maui - Makawao

My husband and I were lucky enough to enjoy some hand crafted coffee's from the Gypsy truck on our last trip back to Maui. I order a dirty chai and it was delicious! My husband got a bulletproof coffee and when I took a few sips of his coffee, I wanted to steal it! It was hands down the BEST bulletproof coffee I have EVER tasted! After trying bulletproof coffees in the past I swore to never order one again, but gypsy's bulletproof made me change my mind! #yummylicious

When a proprietor puts as much love into her products as Vanessa does, you just know they're going to be phenomenal. She makes a mean soup the carrot ginger is a family favorite (of all soups ever eaten, in the world, ever), and everything else she whips up looks just as amazing. Can't wait to get out to Baldwin ave for a cuppa joe from my favorite Maui mommy. If you're anywhere within driving distance of her truck, I HIGHLY recommend that you make a detour from your destination and stop over for some delightful delectables. Gypsy Maui will not disappoint!

The beautiful lady in the window put together a concoction that helped me survive my terrible allergies for the day. I absolutely did NOT expect to find tea in Hawaii at only $2! This coffee truck at the arts center is a real Jewell.

This family's truck serves the only coffee I've found outside of my own home that matches my taste. I didn't even miss the milk! I tried the gypsy coffee, which had coconut oil, espresso, and possibly Irish butter in it. You should follow them on Instagram to find out where they are located. I just discovered that Saturday is Dynamite Donut Day as well! There's truly nothing else like this on Maui.
