Concepto Oliva - Maipú

Basic looking place. However, the food is truly outstanding and in many cases combined with the highest quality olive oil making it quite original. The wine selection is very good and the personal service makes you feel at home. I will definitely rate this place...among the best I have seen in Mendoza where the competition is quite tough given the high level of offerings. And the prices are quite inexpensive...

This place is just blocks away from Bodega Lopez. Has good olive oil tastings (try the Picual), and nice lunches (not exceptional, but just ok). The owner is very very nice and smiley.

After a visit at bodegas lopez we were looking for a restaurant that is openend in the afternoon. Concepto oliva is small and very familiar. Offers tasty beer and we had the argentinian sandwich together which was too much for us but so tasty...that we took the rest of the sandwich home.

Regresamos a este agradable Restaurante de Maipu y nos sorprendieron los cambios como la cerveza tirada artesanal y los Viernes temáticos( Viernes por medio ).Fuimos justo el Viernes 7 donde nos agasajaron con platos típicos de Perú , sabrosos y bien presentados, maridados con espumantes y vino de elaboración propia.Realmente los dueños de Concepto Oliva siempre trabajan en la mejora continua y brindan una atención personalizada y con un trato Familiar.

Un placer degustar esos platos y esos vinos, una caa inmejorable y un ambiente relajado y esquisto..
