Bidrage med feedbackI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order, and it felt like my effort to come here and buy their food was wasted. Instead of rice, I received noodles. When I called to address the issue, the girl advised me to just cook my own rice and eat it with the noodles. I highly recommend double-checking your order before taking it home.
My friend and I ordered banh canh nam pho to go, and given that the noodles and crab balls were all handmade, the $14 price felt reasonable. The dish came in three separate containers: one for the noodles, one for the crab balls, and another with pepper slices in fish sauce. Overall, it was delicious and the portion was generous. Inside the store, they also have a variety of grocery items, including soup bases and teas. The parking lot in front of the store is quite small.
The shop offers a variety of delicacies from Hue, including fish, shrimp, fish sauce, spices, confectionery, lotus seeds, and sesame seeds, as well as seasonal fruits from San Diego farms like avocados and custard apples at wholesale prices. You can enjoy daily delicious dishes such as goat hot pot, clam porridge, Truong Nghe vermicelli, and nam Pho cake, all at affordable prices and generous portions. The owner is also very friendly and cheerful.
Pretty good but you need to call in an pot order of bun bo hue about 20 minutes before picking up.
Been here so many times. But I'm disappointed for this time. Buying BunBo and get the quality not matching with price. 28$ for 2 bowls and just a few meat inside. There are a lot of good BunBo out there if you guys want to look for a good one with just half price, 7$ to 10$ for a big bowl. Sad but I don't come back this place anymore . It was my favorite place in the past. Bye!
