Chili's is a spot where I really crave just one thing: the Skillet Queso. I believe it’s one of the best dips you can find. The chips, however, are a bit disappointing as they tend to break easily when you dip them, which can be frustrating. Still, the delicious taste of the Skillet Queso makes it all worthwhile. As for the service and the rest of the menu, they’re pretty much average overall.

The new menu is an impressive example of photo retouching, as the dishes that arrived at my table looked—and tasted—nothing like the images displayed. To make matters worse, the waiter gave me a metal hot tray that burned my hands.

The food is characteristic of the Chili's restaurant chain. However, the service can vary significantly—it’s either excellent or quite poor. There have been times when my meals arrived hot, and other times when they were served cold.
