Mcdonald's - MADOC

Went through drive through. Specifically asked for salt and pepper. Server said she'd put it in the bag and didn't. Had to go to the side and waited at least 10 min for order. Fries and nuggets didn't taste fresh.

I'm not sure if I got old nuggets or something, but they were dry and slightly hard. I still ate them anyway. Secondly and this is the fault of McDonald's headquarters more than anything the size of the McChicken is disgraceful. The patty is so much smaller than the bun, and it's also much flatter compared to 5 to 10 years ago. Shrinkflation is a scam...

During the summer, this restaurant tends to be bustling due to its prime location. The staff is polite and provides quick service. The food quality surpasses that of typical McDonald's fare.

I noticed some flies behind the glass display, so I wouldn’t recommend trying the donuts.

The management at this restaurant clearly has some issues. On a busy night during the Madoc Fair, the staff was clearly understaffed. Unfortunately, my meal was incorrect; it came without the bacon, pickles, and extra pickles that I had specifically requested. The restaurant was too swamped to rectify the mistake in a reasonable timeframe. It’s unclear whether this was due to a sudden surge in call-in orders because of the fair or if shift scheduling was poorly handled.
