Pancake Cafe - Madison

Corned beef hash is one of my favorite breakfast dishes of all time, but finding a place that makes it really well can be a challenge. Pancake Don Cafe is one of those rare gems where the corned beef hash is truly excellent.

We absolutely adore this restaurant! It has become a tradition for us to dine here whenever we have family visiting the city. Our last meal there was excellent.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The service is extremely slow, even when they are not busy. The food took a long time to come out, despite other tables being served around us.

The service was fast and welcoming. My order was taken and delivered within 10 minutes. I ordered the mild butter pancakes, which were decent. The hash browns were excellent; crispy and perfectly cooked. The portion size was larger than I could finish, and the price was reasonable for breakfast. Overall, I would rate it 4 out of 5.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly, and the food is absolutely amazing. We are so happy that we decided to dine here! The pancakes were unlike any I have ever had before, and the recipe is truly delicious.
