I don't know how much this review is necessarily the manager and team mistakes because I think his probably more a company problem. This restaurant is located in a terrible location bad area of the city. It needs a complete renovation, but I'm sure I wouldn't do it here. I would like to see that this place moves closer to the more beautiful and safer side of the city, closer to the people who would really love it and appreciate it firefighter, town hall, dollar general headquarters, police department, few big churches on the same street... etc. I thought sure two different times, they were going to come into an all out problem of the kind when two different delivery drivers were upset with problems for some reason. Only no good part of the city (about crime rates and what they are for this area) I wouldn't come after the dark. Not sure. The amount to tell in the kitchen while you try to eat is a little much. The food is good, but the place looks down and dirty, which is not a good first impression, no matter how the kitchen my really look like in the back. This business must be moved into a beautiful side of the city and a new restart with a newer and more beautiful building inside and outside. (They will attract better clientele and more of them when they feel safe and the place looks top notch)

We found this place just outside of Nashville the bbq is really good here and the staff were very friendly everything was great but the only thing that needs to be corrected is the food could've been hotter,it's not a deal breaker it's just that's what I prefer. With that being said I would definitely visit here again.?

Advertised as no frills BBQ and I will just confirm that. Place was neat, clean and the service was good. Having been to scores of BBQ places I?d have to give it a better than average, but not top of the line. It was a pleasant lunch, and in a area packed with crowed restaurants it was a place we could get in to. Gets a real OK from me.

I am a lover of BBQ and I love this place! The two women behind the counter was friendly, the food was good and I will return! I enjoyed the decor as well!!!

This was our first visit. We went thru the drive thru and felt rush ordering as the girl was speaking fast and was abrupt. We ordered the super sampler. The brisket had no flavor and reminded us of pot roast. The pulled pork was dry and flavorless. The ribs were tender, but all the flavor was in the sauce. We also had the sausage, which was over smoked as it was very soft and somewhat mushy. There was more we were not satisfied with as we were hoping for good tasting meats and sides.
