Tokyo Alley - Macon

WOW! What an explosion of delicious flavors!! Everything we had from soup to appetizers to main courses was amazing. My husband had the Teriyaki Steak, Cold Noodles (never had them before, but they had a silky texture) and mixed veggies. I had the Lemon Chicken, Cold Noodles with mixed veggies. Everything...OUTSTANDING in flavors and tenderness. Also served with dinner was a cup of Egg Drop Soup....the Best we've ever had. It had such a rich, deep flavor. We ordered Pork Dumplings to try...these were also sssoooo good. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The owner came out to talk with us, she is a delight. As I said, outstanding!!!! This was a last minute choice, but you can bet when we're in Macon, we will be back!

Such a great place to go, wonderful customer service and the food is incredible

I visited during lunchtime and arrived a bit early, around 11:20 am. We were seated quickly, and the server came over right away to take our drink orders. We both decided to try the special Yum Yum Chicken, and it was absolutely delicious! It was juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The dish came with a choice of steamed or fried rice, and I opted for the fried rice. It was just the right portion and paired perfectly with the mixed vegetables. I definitely plan to return to try more dishes. It's a charming little spot located in the alley between Cherry St. and Mulberry.

First time I've been in a long time but I've been coming here for over 25 years and it never disappoints. Great food made fresh at reasonable prices, and a quiet, friendly atmosphere.
