Cafe Perl - Feedback

Cafe Perl is clearly marketed towards tourists and residents alike, but I think earns most from the former. The food is solidly good but overpriced,

The atmosphere was nice, there were a few other customers but not many as we arrived at 3pmOur waiter was kind and spoke passable English.
