Blue Ridge Bbq Catering - Lynchburg

I had some really great BBQ that I haven't had in a long time without making it myself. I don't usually feel motivated to write reviews, but today was exceptional. I appreciated the effort the staff put into trimming the fat down to almost nothing—no one even asked them to do it! The meat had a nice smoky appearance and was leaner than usual. The sweet BBQ sauce at the table was delicious, along with the tomato vinegar and spicy sauce, which I also enjoyed, though I personally prefer the sweet one. The staff was friendly, and the entire place, including the bathroom, was clean. Plus, the service was quick!

This food was fantastic! It was one of the best BBQ experiences I've ever had. I enjoyed pulled pork, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, and the best hush puppies in the country. My wife had a delicious mouthwatering dish. Every item we tried was exceptionally good!

I visited the restaurant for the first time yesterday and encountered several employees. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations since I'm not a big fan of barbecue. Initially, I thought I'd just fill up on the side dishes, but when I got to the counter, I decided to try the pulled chicken platter. I'm really glad I did! The food—especially the chicken, mac and cheese, and hush puppies—was delicious. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit!

The ordered pulled pork plate and nabeby got a pork sandwich. he said he'll go back. I was very good. we ordered online, pick up and they gave our order to someone else. we had to wait for them to regain. they gave us free drinks for the waiting period.

It's barbecue but let me tell you if it wasn't some of the best barbecue I've ever eaten I was surely let you know and it is some of the best. I get away with the curbside which disappointed me but I guess you got to do what you got to do but still I've had a lot of barbecue in my day and this is hard to beat. Now don't get upset about some of my answers down below I try to keep it light-hearted and do the best I could.
