Waitrose Partners Lutterworth

Today which is 29/11 there was no 4 PT skimmed milk .. couldn't find any frozen fishcakes...cod or haddock, so whether they have been delisted not sure... parking though was excellent and trolleys plentiful

The staff are great, but the choice and availability of goods (particularly meat) has gone downhill over the years.

I hadn't visited Waitrose in about four weeks, and I was shocked to find that almost all the checkout lines had been replaced with self-service kiosks, leaving only three traditional registers. I don’t prefer self-service when I have a full cart. One of the things I loved about Waitrose was the friendly interaction with the cashiers, and now that's gone! I even asked if one of the remaining checkout lines could be opened, and it was—but not quickly! I believe this is a significant step backward for the store. It feels more like a Tesco Express than a Waitrose. If this is the direction they’re headed, they should lower their prices by 30%. I was really disappointed!

A wonderful place to shop! The shopping experience here is far superior to that of other stores. The environment is clean and organized, and the staff are friendly and clearly dedicated to their work. They offer high-quality items at reasonable prices. My highlight purchase was a beautiful bouquet of flowers (as seen in the photo), which is still looking great after 10 days!

The store is pleasant and clean, with excellent customer service. However, the prices are still somewhat higher compared to local competitors.
