Gadgets Of Lugoff

I have been frequenting this place for almost 20 years, but one sarcastic bartender ruined the experience for me. There are plenty of other great bars in the area to choose from.

The drinks are overpriced, and the atmosphere is filled with loud and boisterous female patrons, which is not my scene at all. The bartender didn't return after serving my first drink, even after I tipped well. I won't be returning—sorry.

There are 2 locations, 1 in Camden and this one in Lugoff. This one is a hot mess. Service, when the waitress/barmaid decides to quit chatting up the customers and smoking her cigs, is generally slow and unpleasant. Basically an interruption to her night. The wings were cold by the time they came out, and getting refills on your beer is a test of your patience. The atmosphere is R-rated- if you enjoy hearing the local good ole boys dropping f-bombs and groping their gf's while complaining about their wives, its entertaining at least. Visited a few times hoping that we'd have a better time, but nah. The location in Camden isn't like this from what we've heard so we're giving that a try next time.

A friend of mine recommended Gadgets of Lugoff to me. I stopped in for lunch today and ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger. Loved it. Friendly efficient, service, delicious fresh food, good prices. I'll definitely be back.

Friendly staff, great food and cold beer! Doesn't get much better then this! Beer prices are phenomenal as well! Always a stop when in town!
