Outlaw Burgers Bbq In Just - Lufkin

Passed by Outlaw Burger dozens of times when heading to the post office in Justin and never went in. I actually thought it was bar restaurant. Well, recently my wife and I were in the mood for a burger and decided to try it. Turns out we were wrong about the type of restaurant. It is a fast casual where you order at the counter and they bring food to the table. I had a Green Chili Burger and tots; my wife had a guacamole burger and onion rings. Food came quickly and everything was very good. The green chili burger had a very large slice of green chili and an excellent sauce, both of which made it different that the average burger. Perfectly cooked and fresh bun. My wife’s burger was also very good and the onion rings crisp and well prepared. Lots of families were eating when we were there. They do serve beer, which I like with a burger, but that does not at all stop it from being family friendly. This is a step above fast food burgers and we will be returning.

I’m never disappointed. Great place to go for a chopped brisket sandwich or fried steak fingers.

Very friendly folks and good food. Only in town visiting but glad we could make it.

The burger was HUGE. I honestly didn't think I could finish it. But I got it done. Delicious till the last bite. The fries were a perfect compliment to the meal with a nice steak style seasoning on them and some in house ranch dressing to dip them in. If you are ever passing through the small town of Justin, Tx you have got to stop in for a bite. You will not leave disappointed. I guarantee it.

Service was exceptional and everyone was so nice! The atmosphere is old small town feel which was cool and at the same time, modernized with TVs on the back wall, we really enjoyed our time there. This place is very family friendly. Food Bacon Cheeseburger was delicious, I mean extremely good, I was really impressed! The wife had BBQ, chopped brisket and the BBQ was good but not great. It's because of the burger I'm giving 5 stars. Lastly, we had apple cobbler and pecan pie for dessert. The apple cobbler was 5 stars and the pecan pie was 4 stars.
