I had a fun and quirky spirit tasting and tour! It was great to see how a small-scale operation runs from start to finish. Carus was very engaging and friendly throughout the experience.

Fantastic bourbon and wonderful spiced rum. The owner was present to welcome us, and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere feels like a hidden gem—it's cool, eclectic, and very comfortable. Definitely don’t miss this place!

This tour is a must-do! The tasting experience at this incredibly creative Zoltar-themed distillery was our favorite on the craft bourbon trail. Owner Carus shares entertaining and engaging stories about their journey to becoming entrepreneurs and distillers, and the spirits are just as impressive as the tales. Second Spirits Distillery is definitely one to keep an eye on, and we can’t wait to return for more bourbon!

This is a truly unique distillery that offers excellent bourbon along with a diverse selection of other choices. The owner was a delight to chat with—knowledgeable and very friendly!
