Tim Hortons - LUCAN

The food at Tim Hortons was standard, but the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I can overlook occasional service issues at this restaurant, but what really bothers me is finding egg shells in my food. I have ordered a breakfast wrap multiple times and each time there are egg shells in it. I have never experienced this at other locations.

This restaurant is a great spot to stop along the back roads off the highways for a quick bite and a break from the road.

The amount of times we go through the drive-thru and the person at the drive-thru makes it unnecessarily complicated is happening too many times.We have also got our order messed up. I ordered a sausage farmers wrap without egg, we only got the sausage. There was no cheese or sauce.I can't say I'm impressed

Hope we’re getting a free iced cap or iced coffee next time we go through, if your gonna train people to take orders take sure they can hear/doing it right, we shouldn’t have to pay for an iced cap when we never asked for one, if you don’t know the difference between cap and coffee you shouldn’t be taking orders. Or just train your employees correctly and you wouldn’t have this problem.
