Pizza Hut - Lubbock

The crust of the hand-tossed pizza is terrible. My children refused to eat it, even though pizza is their favorite food. I will not be ordering it again.

I always order from this restaurant, but tonight I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. When I went inside, my order still wasn't ready. Everyone inside had also been waiting for a while, even though we had all ordered online. Not a very satisfied customer.

Dined in today and enjoyed our experience! We?ve also ordered for pick up from this location and our pizza is always fresh. We enjoy all the friendly staff!

The delivery was quick, but the food was as hard as a rock. It was so tough that it could almost be used as a plate. Considering the price they charge, you would expect better quality.
