Panini Kabob Grill Downtown L.a.

I ordered delivery from here, and it was supposed to arrive at 1:15, but it actually came at 1:56. The food was cold when it arrived (it tasted great, but still cold) and one of our salads had avocado skin on it.

Fantastic mediterranean food. Got the sampling appetizer to share — a variety of different dips (hummus, tzatziki, and a few I’m unfamiliar with). Best falafel I’ve had. Don’t mix up the steak and beef like I did. Regardless beef kebobs were great.

The soup kabob dishes are outstanding. However, the dessert menu is somewhat limited; it would be wonderful if they could offer various types of baklava. The service tends to be a bit slow. Recommended dishes include the beef koobideh kabob, chicken shish kabob, hummus trio, lentil soup, chicken vegetable soup, and the chicken pesto panini.

I've been dining at Pannini for years across all their locations, and what stands out to me is the consistent taste and quality of the food, no matter where I go. The service is generally quite good, and the ambiance is always clean and pleasant—perfect for a casual meal. This restaurant offers everyday quality, making it suitable for dining a few times a week. If only they had a location closer to me, I would visit even more often. Their kebabs are among the best I've ever had, and they’ve maintained that high standard from the very beginning. If you enjoy homemade food and need a break from cooking, this is the perfect spot for you. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. Such big portion sizes for the cost. The food is authentic and fresh. The only thing that was lacking was the pita bread. I will definitely be going back.
