El Pollo Loco - Los Angeles

Service was timely and friendly staff, but they are not clean! horchata was watery, tables were not wiped down, they also didn?t have a mix of chicken when we ordered the family pack and the restroom looked like it hasn?t been cleaned in months. We won?t begoing to this location again.

I placed an order with the store, for the order to then be canceled when expecting to be delivered. The order was replaced, and when finally delivered, was missing most of the food items; was not able to get in contact with the store what-so-ever, sincethe phones just keep ringing. You also are not able to contact El Pollo Loco directly, nor DoorDash that they use for theirdeliveries (through the El Pollo Loco website). Order : 14404126642814976

I pick my order that I placed and it was a big order. I ask the person who was I the registered if everything was inside. No avaneros and Salas..

The management was really friendly, they have the best chicken in the area. it's really clean and the cashier are really helpful when taking your order they even help me save money in my order, they offer me a better combo than the one I was getting. REALLYHELPFUL.

The restaurant is very unclean, I only ordered because I didn't want to eat there... not recommended.
