Bixby Golf Sushi - Long Beach

The sushi was decent, but the happy hour portions were disappointing because they were far too small. My hot green tea was served cold. Our first waitress was attentive and friendly, but the second one seemed a bit curt with us for some reason. Despite the service not being great, we still left a good tip. Overall, I'd rate it 2 out of 5.

We recently visited Sapporo while in Long Beach and were pleasantly surprised. Upon entering, the delightful aroma of freshly cooked food greeted us. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of options. Our server was attentive and considerate, ensuring we had a great experience. The dishes we ordered arrived promptly from different servers and were absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend Sapporo to anyone!

I was extremely satisfied with Sapporo Sushi! The sushi was fantastic. The only aspect of my meal that I didn't particularly enjoy was the garlic edamame; it didn't taste as fresh as what I've experienced at other places. However, their sushi quickly became one of my favorites. They were very generous with the fish portions and had an excellent fish-to-rice ratio! Additionally, they offered gluten-free soy sauce, which is a significant benefit for me. I will definitely return. My only complaint is that the bathrooms had a rather unpleasant odor.

We went to celebrate my wife's Birthday and the food was amazing!!! The only thing better was our great server, India!!!! She was so accommodating and helpful and just really nice. She went way up and beyond to serve us and talk with us.Food: 5/5

One of the greater sushi places in LB for sure. I 've been hearing so many people talk about this place that I had to try it out. So many options on the menu that it overwhelmed me, but they 're all such great options. I got the Seaweed Salad, Sapporo Roll, and the 2 pc Sushi (Bluefin Tuna). The quality of the fish is so fresh and doesn 't taste fishy at all. My friend got the 2 pc Sushi (Fatty Tuna) and it was so much tastier than the one I got. I would ask for the market price before ordering so there aren 't any issues. As for the Sapporo Roll, other rolls my friends ordered had better taste and flavor to them so I would get other options next time. The seaweed salad came out first and it was also great along with the rolls for the texture and taste. Take adavantage of their Buy One Get One Roll. I was too overwhelmed to realize I could 've chosen something from there for the best deal, but I 'm sure I 'll be returning.
