Kelly's Cajun Grill - Lone Tree

We visited Park Meadow Mall in Colorado twice within a week. One of us tried Panda Express, but there’s no comparison! The food at Kelly’s Cajun Grill is fantastic! The grilled noodles are flavorful, the honey chicken is delicious, and the pork is grilled to perfection. We dined there on Saturday, August 19, and Tuesday, August 22, both around noon. The server was very nice and courteous. The closest location to us back home is two hours away, and we hope that the one in Woodbridge is just as good!

On Monday, July 31 at 12:45 PM, my husband and I ordered food and paid at the cashier. We requested chili sauce, but the cashier gave us mustard instead. When I asked if they had chili, the man at the front said he was calling security because we were yelling. We were not yelling; we were simply asking for clarification. This was very unprofessional and reflected poor customer service. To the owner: please review your CCTV to verify what occurred. You risk losing customers with staff like that.

It seems there has been a change in ownership. I've noticed that the portion sizes have decreased while the prices have increased. Additionally, the owner was very rude. I won’t be returning.

We ordered two combo meals, but to our surprise, we were charged for three. The staff claimed that the charge for shrimp was $10.50 for a small side that typically comes with the two-entrée platter. If there was an additional fee for shrimp, that would be acceptable, but $10.50 for just five pieces seems excessive. When we raised the issue, the manager came out and instructed the employees to "put us to sleep," implying they would confront us for questioning the unjust charge. We received no refund, and the food was quite disappointing. I recommend finding another place to eat.

I understand now why this restaurant isn’t busy anymore. They’ve not only increased their prices, but they’ve also reduced the portion of meat by half. This has happened to me twice in a row. I won’t be returning!
