Fantastic ambience. Courteous staff. Wonderful food. Good choice of teas

Excellent friendly service. Tasty afternoon tea just as expected

Felt neglected by staff, never offered refill on tea or the food. Staff didn't clear our plates and afternoon tea stand was mainly used for us to put our dirty plates on. Didn't feel like a festive afternoon tea especially one for £78 per person no 5 star service

Such a wonderful afternoon tea! The food and environment are spectacular. The pianist was excellent!

As usual, the service was fantastic and the staff warm and welcoming, making it a wonderful visit.
