Bidrage med feedbackWaited 45 mins for our first drink. Miserable/stroppy waitress. (Waiter tried hard) they were not busy and everyone was waiting for everything. Late to our onward arrangement.
Nice place to go to. We were a group of 4 and were fortunate enough not to wait for too long before being offered a table. The food was worth the wait.
Not a bad place for a pre gig meal. Shame about the front of house staff. I'd booked a table but got stuck in train delays and gig crowds so arrived exactly 15 minutes late. However, the table was booked so we asked to be seated only to be told we were late and couldn't have our table for at least half an hour. They said they only allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, at which point I reminded them I had arrived at exactly 15 minutes past the hour and it was only the fact that they'd spent so long telling me I was late that the time had clicked over to 16 minutes past the hour. After some to ing and fro ing (and me getting quite stressed and cross) they reluctantly led us to a perfectly nice, perfectly empty table. Other tables were cleared also, so it seems they were just being stroppy and defiant what strange customer service. Shame, because the serving staff were lovely, and the food ok. Just whatever you do, don't be late!
Initially they indicated (again), that they did have my booking...happens a lot with OpenTable bookings sadly, until I showed the confirmation on my mobile. We were seated fairly quickly, though there was a queue. Our waitress was very friendly, however I think she was simply over worked as it was packed. We had to ask for wine a few times and water and extra drinks, but the food was very tasty. Unfortunately we all came out smelling like a kitchen, felt sorry for those sitting next to us in the O2, but a nice evening
Save yourself the trouble! We made a reservation through opentable upon our arrival, only to be told by the manager that we should have called instead of booking online. Despite receiving a confirmation, it was not processed by the head office. What's the use of confirming a reservation if it's not actually confirmed? There was a long line of people outside experiencing the same issue. Their customer service was lacking and their organization was poor. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on the quality of the food as we never had the chance to eat.
