Starbucks - Lompoc

I had the worst drink in my life here. I ordered decaf iced latte with oat milk. After one sip, my mouth got dry. Coffee tasted awful. I can tell it was a really bad shot of espresso. You should also consider if you want to use the same oat milk. Drink was tasteless, very disbalanced, bitter, burnt. I worked as a barista for many years and I go to a lot of different coffee shops, but never had coffee so bad.

We ordered one of our favorite drinks Chai Tea. It was tasteless! I wouldn't go back to this location.

A regular customer for years, but hasn't downloaded the apps.

I went to this store to pick up my mobile order there’s a sign on the window at the drive thru that says, “Need serve ware? Just ask us.” I asked for 2 spoons and she told me they don’t even have any spoons and she wouldn’t be able to give me a spoon. I had two toddlers in my car a slipped disk in my back and I had to get out of my car and go into the store where they gave me spoons. ?Never had a problem at this location until this but I reported it to Starbucks because it’s rude and annoying to lie make me come in when you clearly have spoons, as I have gotten them every single time other than this. Girl was just refusing to give me a spoon.

Extremely slow service you will be ignored unless he goes through the drive-through.
