Springwood Feast - Logan City

If you're not driving through... just don't. I parked up and brought in the family all excited... only to be left standing at the counter soooo long we all vocally gave up and walked out... back in the car the kids really wanted chips... so we tried the drive through. At first the girl tried taking our order from the wrong speaker... when she worked out why I couldn't hear her... she then spoke SO fast it was incredible! I mean... it was something else! Wow! When we got to the pay counter, the second time now, my wife looked at me shocked, asking if that was english I guessed it was our order being repeated so fast it sounded like one word! Haven't been to a Maccas for a very long time... thought to try something substantial and got a large burger meal... and... oh wow ... the smallest A-Cup buns I've ever seen. Whoever the new manager is here is absolutely terrible. My app wasn't working and as I was trying to fix it I just got angrily rushed along. I then pulled all the way to the last window and he followed me and yelled at me to move. It was 4am and there was 1 car far behind me and plenty of room. Appalling customer service especially from a manager, dont go here to be served by Lachlan. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Can't make a simple sausage muffin I ordered double sausage meal and a sausage muffin meal in drive thru and all came with egg went I in to the store explained. I Watched as the burger/muffin guy build me a new sausage muffin and put on some sauce to the muffin must of been Mayo but when did they put Mayo on such muffin ohh that's right they don't muffin guy made the muffin wrong again third time a charm yes I did get my sausage muffin finally but that muffin guy needs to go back to muffin school Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Muffin

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds in Brisbane. Took over 15 minutes to give a toastie. This store always seems to be understaffed, guess maccas is cutting all costs they can huh? Wonder if they pay for mental health for the overworked staff. And with how much meals cost now, you can tell it’s just corporate greed, no reason to be so understaffed. Last straw (literally) with maccas. No reason to pay so much for a meal when the food is average at best yet costs the same as most small restaurants now days!
