Rumbi Island Grill - Logan

Bowls and pork tacos are good! Their Mac salad is a joke, it’s not even macaroni noodles and had no flavor. The orange chicken was like a school lunch too.

Paid extra for my son to have Rumbi rice, he ended up with white rice. I asked for Rumbi rice on mine, I got white rice. Asked for 0 pineapple salsa, and I got pineapple salsa. Funny thing is that I ordered online. The order was printed correctly. How does this happen? It goes through the cooks first, so you would think the line would catch it, but they messed it up too by adding salsa I asked not to be on.

Got an order to go and the lids weren't on very well. Spilled food all over my truck. The younger employees ignore you and make snide looks if you're not quick and ask for substitutes on orders. The food is pretty good but the staff are a reason to not come back.

I really like rumbi Island grill. But lately very lately past 6 months it seems like every time I go there it's kids running it talking to friends out in the tables don't answer the phone for to go orders. Messed up my order three times. Just seems to me like they're not keen on customer service. Hopefully it will change I really like the food just to toss up what I'm going to get what kind of service

We placed an online order. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes. We waited an hour for our order and the order they gave us was wrong. So we had to wait another 15 minutes for the correct order. Horrible customer service and terrible communication between employees.
