Bidrage med feedbackThe food was good when I received the correct order, but unfortunately, that hasn't happened consistently. I have visited this restaurant several times since it's conveniently located near my workplace. However, I haven't had a positive experience yet. Often, I either receive only half of my order or pay for it and end up with someone else's meal. Additionally, I've never received the sauces I asked for. Each time, I tried to address these issues, and while the staff was very polite and apologetic, it still feels rushed and anxious on their part. I’m not sure what’s happening in the kitchen, but it's clear that something needs to change.
This was one of the fastest and most accurate McDonald's experiences I've ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly—greeting me with a smile and kindly confirming my order. They wished me a blessed day, which felt very meaningful and was such a nice touch.
My Dr. Pepper was completely lukewarm; it seemed like they just handed me one that had been sitting out instead of making a fresh drink. Additionally, my fries were thrown into the bag upside down, which made a mess. These kinds of mistakes shouldn't happen, especially when they're in a hurry.
Bad excuse of an almost food restaurant! fries were old and soggy, workers need better hygiene! big! they need to shut down this place and all work to get a real job and actually do it right.
My deluxe chicken sandwich was the size of a chicken nugget. fries not cooked. seems to have no training going on when talked to they just don't know. they won't even move to ask someone else.
