Mcdonald's - Logan

Kid in drive thru was extremely rude. Started swearing at me. Refused to take my order I had to go inside talked to manager kid was trying to fight me in middle of the McDonald's. Everyone else was good. I really hope that kid loses his job.

Just UNbelievably bad service, had to go back THREE times to make right things like all of the food contents of a happy meal were not included, the tea was sweet when unsweetened was ordered and on the receipt, ordered a cup of ice, received an sweetened tea instead... several team members were outside gathered around in the parking lot while the lobby was closed because of short staffing so I had to go through the drive thru TWO more times, after placing my order and went inside once after placing my order, before they closed the lobby... completely ridiculous

This restaurant is always reliable when I'm in a rush. I recommend using the McDonald's app to make ordering even easier for pick-up at the drive-thru or curbside.

The car and the manager rushed out and placed an orange cone in front of our car, preventing us from ordering. We were the last customers. Why couldn't he allow us to order something to eat?

In the face of the way they are weakened, they do a lot with a little. the workers there are fast and friendly, and when I went up the height of the pandemic, they wore masks I appreciated. the coffee is surprisingly good! I hope the management treats the workers well, they do good work!
